It happened in May of 1979 in southern New Hampshire. It was about 5:30 pm and partly cloudy. I was nearing the end of my daily 3-mile run. I was trying to do it in under 20 minutes.
The dirt road I was running on sloped slightly downhill here making the sprint all that much easier. As I ran into the familiar shade of the white pine trees, time and space expanded and in mid-stride I stepped through a portal.
I was still running but my eyes saw a bright desert landscape. I was barefoot and naked. Holding a spear. I was following the track of an antelope.
My foot landed on the dirt road again and I was back in New Hampshire.
That experience launched my journey that first stopped at Michael Harner’s shamanic workshops and led to many experiences in the lower, middle, and upper worlds. My flash-back while running was no longer unusual. I would spend hours in the hot steam living in what seemed at times like a parallel life. I have many friends from there and, of course, my power animals.

I’ve learned how to access the Akashic record, both mine and yours, for the Akashic Record is all One.
I have lived lives as shaman, wizard and witch, cleric and conjurer. I know what lives you have lived.
I have been of service on continents both known and long suspected. I’ve healed with gifts of plant energies, stones and spirit energies. And it was good. All good.
This lifetime presents the greatest gift yet. I’ve learned through an application of quantum physics how to amplify and store sacred energies in water.
I've learned how to use them myself, and how to pass them on in a most profound and yet simple way.
I've learned how to undo a dis-ease that burdens you.
I've learned how to bring balance, light, and joy.
I've learned how to transcend the 3 dimensions.
I've learned how to soar.
This is some of the new energies I wish to pass on to you:
activate my interdimensional DNA, activate my Lemurian DNA, black-hole energies, bridge of swords energies, celebrate the unseen, check myself for integrity, clear my self-sympathy disease, cook a meal that has never been cooked before, couple my DNA to Earth’s magnetic field, create whatever I need as I go, disengage the mind, drop the drama in my life, escape my reality-prison, feel the power of Spirit, get out of the box of limited perceived reality, have pure intent, heal my ancestors’ energy bodies, heal my not-good-enough miasm, induce a healing of the heart, induce feeling of safety, induce the Quantum state, know that all is well, know the difference between God and the human stories of God, let the entourage come into this place, let the miracles begin, let the web of constrictions fall away, let time be suspended for a moment, open a door within me, open the ascension channel, purchase the ticket called intent, reach into the Infinite Abyss, recognize the Mastery in my veins, release the past, scream into the Infinite Abyss, see all there is, see beyond my own dimensions, see with eyes of age, stop looking into the mirror of illusion, stop naming it and be in the beauty of it, stop thinking that everyone is like me, surrender old concepts, tear down the paradigm I grew up in, tell me what I need to know, Terrapin Therapy’s therapies, touch the Crystalline Grid, turn on the spiritual vacuum cleaner, understand that God is bigger than we were told, understand the bigger picture, use my Divine intuition, void my disease potential, wake up to what I am, welcome the energies of this time, let the dance begin, place in me what I need, clear the fear of enlightenment, balance the food that I eat, welcome my new frequency, be held by water, be healed by water, hear the dolphins’ song, activate my healing nodes, clear my connective tissues, wake up to who I really am, realize that I am known unto God, awaken my interdimensional DNA, welcome the dispensation of responsibility, step out of my 3-D reality, step on the gas pedal of my DNA, to welcome the love of God, Temple of Rejuvenation, void the disease in my DNA, give permission to be healed, discover my divinity, grow in gratitude, take on the energy of the unknown, Messier 66 energies, manifest intent, be a part of my own divinity, stand in front of the mirror, feel our divine relationship
